Day 28

Ok, so as I am typing this it is still early in the day.  Later tonight, after my workout (going to go workout at a gym with my oldest son, Devon who is 19.  We have never worked out together.) and shower, we are going to take new measurements and photos.  I hope to be able to tell a difference.  Didn’t get the photos/measurements tonight.  We will get those tomorrow evening.

11 am:  As of about an 3 hours ago I was at 216.5 lbs still.

Breakfast – 1 pack of instant oatmeal and coffee

Snack – 1 pack of cheese crackers

Lunch – Baby spinach salad with Balsamic vinegar dressing and Almonds/Bacon Bits.

Snack – 6 club crackers

Supper – 1/2 cup of sloppy joe and corn.
